Shipping




Offer valid on standard ground shipments.  Offer does not apply to personalized, drop shipped, or special order items.  Offer is applied to single shipment, and cannot be applied to shipments en route to multiple addresses.
 
We try to process all online orders within 2-3 business days of when the order was placed. So, for all orders placed on Saturday and Sunday, the first day of processing would be Monday. It is important that you include a phone number and email address when you place your order, which will expedite the processing of your order in case any questions arise.



We currently ship to the continental United States, but also to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico for an additional surcharge. Shipping costs are calculated by the order total for each address being shipped to for standard cases, but a surcharge will be added for oversized items. Please view the information below for a more detailed look at shipping and handling rates.

All orders will ship via UPS.

Well, first things first--all orders over $100.00 qualify for free shipping, (yay you!), except if your order includes an item marked over-sized or is being shipped to a select location outside the continental United States, in which case there will be an additional surcharge.



We're sorry, but currently we are unable to ship to Canada, overseas, to APO/PPO Boxes, or to PO Boxes. We will keep you posted! Until then, if you are in our shipping regions and it is a gift, we are happy to wrap it up and send it to you so you can ship it to your friend, which usually helps lower the cost of receiving duties and taxes for the recipient.

Additional surcharges will apply to the following: over-sized items and shipping to select locations outside the continental United States.

Let's face it, they're a bear (well, actually one of them is a giant bear!) and each item deemed oversized and its surcharge will be noted in the product's Shipping Details section. Please note, we cannot ship oversized items outside the continental United States.



We are sorry, you are so far from Chicago! these great states will incur an additional surcharge of $10.00, which will be added to your chosen shipping rate.
If your order qualifies for free shipping, this surcharge will be added to your total. 

If an item is marked "Drop Ship," it will be shipped to you directly from the vendor. Drop Ship charges vary from vendor to vendor, so please check the Shipping Details section for cost information. Also, please review the lead time of the Drop Ship item, because it is being ordered especially for you, and some take a little more time than others.

It's easy! Just "Add Address" and specify where each item is going, which items you would like together, and then let us know if you want them wrapped, or would like to atttach a complimentary gift note!
