Returns & Exchanges




We know the hardest part about shopping online is that you can't touch the cool stuff you've chosen til it shows up at your door.  We know, as shoppers ourselves,  that sometimes you need to switch sizes to get the right fit.  We know as Moms that if the kids don't like it, they aren't going to wear it.  Our return and exchange policy keeps all of that in mind - because we want our cool, crazy kids' stuff to be the perfect fit for you and your family!  



We are happy to accept returns and exchanges on unworn and unused items in their original packaging with tags (not altered or washed) and in good condition within 30 days from the ship date, excluding all special order and personalized items, which are final sale.  All footwear and toy returns and exchanges must include the original box in good condition.  Returns and exchanges can be done through the mail, or in our brick and mortar store for convenience with a completed Return and Exchange Form (R/E Form), which is enclosed in your order (please review the return/exchange process for details).

Within 14 days: Within 14 days of the ship date, we are happy to return your merchandise for a full credit to your original method of payment.

Within 15-30 days: Within 15-30 days of the ship date, a store credit will be issued in your name that you can use online by entering your information in the "Redeem Gift Card/Store Credit" section of the Shopping Cart, or at our brick and mortar store.

Within 30 Days we accept exchanges at our brick and mortar or through the mail. 

If you choose to exchange through the mail, your new selection, if available,  will be shipped to you by UPS Ground free of charge, (unless your new items or ship to address incurs a surcharge) and will arrive within 5-7 business days.  If you are concerned about your coveted item's availablity, call us at 866.545.2815 or email us at orders@psychobabyonline.com and we will be happy to hold your selection for 3 days.

Whether you are returning or exchanging, the process is quick and simple.

Returns/Exchanges by Mail:  Please review the Return and Exchange Policies above.  Then, just pop your item (s) in a proper box or shipping envelope with the completed Psycho Baby R/E Form  that was included in your original shipment.  Please fill out all the information on the form  including  any pertinent information regarding your return or exchange. If returning, please do not include your credit card number in applicable shipment- we will contact you for details when your box arrives.

Return/Exchange at our Brick and Mortar:  See review the Return and Exchange Policies above.  Then, just bring your items and your R/E Form to our brick and mortar store for convenient returns and exchanges.

Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.         All sale items are a final sale.
