Unfortunately, we cannot accept checks, money orders or your good looks as methods of payment!

We process all online orders within 2-3 business days from when the order was placed. For all orders placed on Saturday and Sunday, the first day of processing would be Monday. It is important that you include a phone number and email address when you place your order, which will expedite the processing of your order in case any questions arise.

Unfortunately, Psychobaby cannot always guarantee the availability of our products. If an item is currently unavailable, the item status will be listed as 'out of stock' in the product drop down menu. While we always try to make sure our stock status is current and accurate, we unfortunately cannot guarantee that the item is available until your order is being processed.

If an item you have ordered is currently backordered, written confirmation will be included in your package, which will inform you of the approximate arrival date of the backordered item. If the item is back in stock within two weeks it will automatically be sent out to you unless you contact us letting us know you would no longer like to receive the item. If the item's arrival date exceeds two weeks, we will contact you for authorization and only then will your credit card be charged for the item. In either case, you will receive free shipping on your backorder unless exclusions apply.

If you are the lucky recipient of a Coupon Code, please enter it on the top left of the Shopping Cart page in the Coupon Code field and your order total will be adjusted accordingly. Please note that if you enter an invalid coupon code, it may delay or invalidate your order.

If you would like to redeem your Prepaid Voucher, please enter your Promo Code in the Gift Wrap and Delivery section during checkout.

We currently ship to the continental United States via UPS. Additionally, we ship to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico for a surcharge. In some cases the ship-to country also has additional duties and taxes charged to the recipient. Shipping costs are calculated by order total per address shipped to for standard delivery, but a surcharge may be added for oversized items. We are sorry, but currently we are unable to ship to Canada, overseas, to APO/PPO boxes or to PO boxes. We will keep you "posted!"
Let's face it, oversized items are a bear (well, actually, one is a giant bear!). Each item deemed oversized and its surcharge will be noted in the product's Shipping Details section. Please note that, at this time, we can only ship oversized items to addresses within the continental United States.

If an item is marked 'Drop Ship,' it will be shipped to you directly from the vendor. Drop ship charges may vary from vendor to vendor, so please check the product's Shipping Details for cost. Also, please review the lead time, as some special order items may take a little more time.

Shipping to multiple addresses is easy! Just click 'Add Address' and tell us where each item is going, if you would like certain items together, if you would like anything gift wrapped, or if you wish to add a complimentary gift note to each box!
Getting that gift or must have item just got even more convenient! Choose the Ship to Store at checkout and we will have your cool, crazy kids' stuff ready for you within two business days. Yes! We offer a wrapped box in an awesome apple green, with a bright purple and white tulle bow. Wrapping is $3.95 for the first item and an additional $.50 for each additional item. The Special Gift Wrap/Personalization Instructions Field is there for you to tell us what you want with what, and each box includes a complimentary gift note, so you can congratulate, share that special in-joke or just sign it "love".

After your order is placed, you will receive an emailed order confirmation from us, which includes your Web Order ID Number - keep this number handy in case you have any questions. You will also receive an email from UPS which will include information on how to track your order.
