We are happy to accept returns and exchanges on unworn and unused items in new condition, in their original packaging with tags (not altered or washed), within 30 days from the delivery date. All footwear and toy returns and exchanges must include the original box in new condition. Click Here for more details.

After your order is shipped, we will automatically send you an email confirmation with your USPS or UPS tracking number. If you would like to check on the status of your shipped order, visit usps.com or ups.com and enter your tracking number.

You can also place your order online, anytime for in-store pick up. It's easy! At checkout, choose In-Store Pickup as your shipping method. A Psychobaby team member will give you a call as soon as your order is ready.
*Please note that when placing your order online, your order still has a 3-5 business day processing window. If you need it sooner, just give us a buzz and place your order over the phone.

When will I receive my online order?

We currently ship to the continental United States, Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico.
